Location: North Brunswick, NJ (100% Onsite)

Type: Contract (Temp)

Pay Range: $26–$28 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in North Brunswick, NJ. This is a fully onsite, temporary contract position. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between customers, purchasing, sales teams in the field, and internal customer service, ensuring smooth order management and exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison between purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across all channels.
• Support inside sales activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in handling emails and managing order workflows.
• SAP experience is a plus.
