About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in North Brunswick, NJ. This is a fully onsite, temporary contract position. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between customers, purchasing, sales teams in the field, and internal customer service, ensuring smooth order management and exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all channels.
- Support inside sales activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in handling emails and managing order workflows.
- SAP experience is a plus.
