Position Overview Seeking
three Medical Lab Technicians
to support a high-volume
Core Laboratory
during night shift. This role includes specimen processing, running test kits, performing QC, operating analyzers, and supporting Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Micro/Molecular workflows. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive, accession, and prepare laboratory specimens. Perform testing across
Chemistry, Hematology, Coag, UA, Micro/Molecular . Operate analyzers and assist with instrument maintenance. Perform and document quality control. Work effectively in a
fast-paced Core Lab
setting.
Highly Preferred Instrumentation Experience Cobas Pro
– Chemistry Osmo-Pro
– Osmolality Stago R Max
– Coagulation Sysmex XN Hematology / 9100 / CellaVision Sysmex UF
– Urinalysis Siemens RapidPoint 500e Cepheid GeneXpert
– Micro/Molecular
Required Qualifications Florida MLT License – REQUIRED Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology OR equivalent CLIA-approved pathway. Must meet
CLIA high-complexity testing
standards. Experience in a clinical laboratory setting (Core Lab preferred). Ability to work
night shift with rotating weekends .
Preferred Qualifications ASCP or AMT Certification LIS experience:
Sunquest, UChart Experience as a generalist across multiple lab disciplines Disqualifiers No prior laboratory experience
