Oversee all phases of project planning to ensure success factors such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety are met Serve as the unifying agent providing leadership and direction for multiple transmission projects Manage projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, and requirements Coordinate and control overall project activities to ensure alignment with company standards Assist in managing “White” or “Green” projects as defined by the Project Management Center of Excellence What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience Graduation from a two-year college or university Proficiency in project management principles and practices Strong decision‑making, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Graduation from a four‑year college or university Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates; Professional Engineer License Experience in scheduling and cost controls related to project management Knowledge and experience in the utility industry and construction management Strong relationships with stakeholders across various organizational levels We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
