The Bennett Law Center is expanding! Our Miami office is seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. We’re a well-established firm with 10+ years serving immigrant communities and providing compassionate, high-quality legal representation.
What You’ll Do
Manage family-based immigration cases (I-130, AOS, Consular Processing, Naturalization)
Handle VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, TPS, and other humanitarian petitions
Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR
Prepare motions, briefs, RFEs, and supporting filings
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Work closely with our experienced support staff
What We’re Looking For
Licensed attorney (Florida Bar preferred, but not required)
Immigration law experience preferred — motivated new attorneys welcome
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Strong writing skills, organization, and professionalism
Compensation Salary will be discussed directly with the Owner and management team during the interview process.
