Our Government & Public Sector Digital Engineering practice helps agencies solve complex problems through purpose‑led transformation. You will be part of a team advising U.S. government agencies on digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture and program integration.
Your key responsibilities
Function as part of a team during technical implementations for Dynamics/Power Platform to finalize architecture specification, create designs for customizations and/or integration of platform.
Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, trade‑offs, and impact analysis.
Participate in and lead white‑boarding sessions.
Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks.
Learn new client information quickly and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.
Lead a team of developers through technical architecture.
Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developers.
Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to by development team on engagements.
Lead solution deployments to downstream environments.
Senior Manager‑level responsibilities
Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.
Anticipate and identify risks, and elevate issues as appropriate.
Develop people through supervising, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture.
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.
Comfort researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
Ability to create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.
Prior consulting experience.
To qualify for the role
Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
10‑12+ years of related work experience.
Comfortable working in‑person as needed.
Willingness to travel 20 – 30 % or more.
Ideally, you'll also have
Microsoft Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities.
What we offer you
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $171,600 – $392,100 (U.S. geographic range); higher ranges for NYC, Washington State, California. Includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
Hybrid model with expectation of 40‑60% in‑person client interaction.
