What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial policies
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications across departments
Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary
Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D project management processes and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Cloud, product development, or technical projects
Experience working in a cross‑functional team environment with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
PMP or similar project management certification
Strong understanding of Cloud and product development life cycles
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Familiarity with technical software development terminology and tasks
Ability to analyze project outcomes for continuous improvement opportunities
