About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation is responsible for driving the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. The role will initially focus on leading a company-wide implementation of Adobe Workfront, while other focuses will include aligning tool strategy to business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes to enhance cross‑functional collaboration.

This role will promote standardized documentation, prioritize and assign implementation requests, coordinate maintenance of the knowledge‑base, maintain vendor relationships, collaborate with stakeholders to produce documentation and communications, and present key project highlights to the Technology department and BetMGM Executive team.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workfront Implementation program by managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to and provide regular project updates.

Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc.

Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.

Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks.

Manage the Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning initiatives and tasks, and providing support and guidance throughout.

Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards.

Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training material to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain enterprise tools and technology knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders regularly to keep configurations and documentation aligned with business strategy.

Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to incorporate strategic needs into priorities.

Act as the department lead when the Director is unavailable, attending meetings, providing updates to senior leadership, and managing team members as needed.

Provide direct line management by setting performance objectives and coaching to meet them.

Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase visibility into overall department performance and IT project performance.

Qualifications

Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative.

5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Superior communication & interpersonal skills, with experience communicating with executive teams.

Ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and developing a comprehensive project schedule.

Proven leadership experience in building, leading, and motivating teams.

Expertise and demonstrated success in resource optimization and reporting.

Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies.

Ability to successfully work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion.

Demonstrated ability to partner with vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.

Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency.

Experience working alongside global stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology (preferred).

Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry (preferred).

PMP certification (desired).

The annual salary range for this position is $136K to $181K. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The position is also eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency; certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure may result in termination. The licensing process includes comprehensive background checks.

Candidates must also comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
