About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation is responsible for driving the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization.
This role will initially focus on leading a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront, while also aligning tool strategy to business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront Implementation program by managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget adherence and provide regular project updates.
Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.
Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks.
Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning Tech initiatives and tasks, providing support and guidance throughout initiatives.
Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards.
Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training material.
Maintain enterprise tools and Technology knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders regularly.
Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to incorporate strategic needs into priorities.
Serve as acting department lead when the Director is unavailable by attending meetings and providing updates to senior leadership.
Provide direct line management, setting performance objectives and guiding team members.
Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into overall Technology department performance and IT project performances.
Qualifications
Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative is required.
5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to inspire via superior communication & interpersonal skills; experience communicating with executive teams is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule.
Proven leadership experience, especially in building, leading, and motivating teams.
Expertise and demonstrated success in resource optimization and reporting.
Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies.
Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.
Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency.
Experience working alongside global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or Technology is preferred, but not required.
Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or a similar industry is preferred.
PMP certification is desired, but not required.
Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 to $181,000. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM must comply with state gaming regulations, which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, and certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to maintain required licensure may result in termination of employment. Licensing process includes comprehensive background checks. Candidates must also support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
