About the Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation is responsible for driving the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. This role will focus on leading a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront and managing tool strategy, consolidating overlapping tools, establishing scalable processes and fostering cross‑functional collaboration. You will coordinate technology knowledge management, vendor relationships, and communication of project highlights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workfront Implementation program, managing consultant resources and stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are met and provide regular project updates.

Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc.

Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.

Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and risks.

Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning initiatives and tasks, and providing support and guidance throughout initiatives.

Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards are adhered to.

Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training material for stakeholders.

Maintain enterprise tools and technology knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders to keep tool configuration and documentation aligned with business strategy.

Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to understand strategic needs of the business and incorporate them into priorities.

Serve as the acting department lead when the Director is unavailable by attending meetings, providing updates to senior leadership, and managing team members.

Provide direct line management by setting performance objectives and delivering guidance and coaching to ensure objectives are met.

Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into technology department performance and IT project performance.

Qualifications

Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative is required.

5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with executive teams is preferred.

Ability to deliver autonomously within timelines by scoping initiatives and maintaining comprehensive project schedules.

Proven leadership experience, especially building, leading and motivating teams.

Expertise in resource optimization and reporting.

Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools to promote workflow efficiencies.

Ability to work across cultures and locations to drive team cohesion.

Ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.

Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency.

Experience working alongside global stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology is preferred but not required.

Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or a similar industry is preferred.

PMP certification is desired but not required.

Salary and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $136K to $181K, with eligibility for participation in a performance‑based bonus plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, holidays, employee resource groups, and more.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM must comply with state gaming regulations, including licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure may result in termination. The licensing process includes background checks covering criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
