Lead and develop a high‑performing regional sales organization, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring strong execution across managers, key accounts, and individual contributors. Drive growth through strategic sales planning, identifying priority markets, expanding opportunities in metal fabrication and related industries, and guiding teams through complex capital‑equipment sales cycles. Strengthen customer and partner relationships, serving as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams while ensuring exceptional pre‑and post‑sale support. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align offerings, refine pricing and contracts, and ensure accurate production forecasting. Shape market direction through data and industry presence, using competitive and market insights to inform strategy while representing the company at key trade events and associations. Qualifications
7+ years in capital equipment sales and sales management Commitment to lean practices and continuous improvement Proven ability to establish and manage KPIs to drive sales Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team of at least 5+ employees Seniority level
