Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Represent the employer at conferences and industry events to build brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
15+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the healthcare sector
Proven success in establishing partnerships with care delivery organizations
Knowledge of pharmacy services, medication management programs, or healthcare technology solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close complex healthcare partnerships with executive-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, referral dynamics, and reimbursement models
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a growth-oriented environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to improving care for patients with chronic and complex needs
