What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers and driving first‑order revenue
Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy for new business across AMER
Generate consistent pipeline and manage deal progression for target accounts
Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine sales motions and processes
Hire, onboard, and coach a high‑performing sales team to achieve business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience leading sales teams in open source, DevOps, or SaaS environments focused on new customer acquisition
Proven track record in building and developing Account Executives to close first‑order deals
Ability to design and execute sales strategies for diverse account bases across AMER
Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Outreach
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with executive‑level stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in complex B2B environments with a focus on new business
Understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances across AMER
Background in applying strategic planning alongside hands‑on support for sales opportunities
