Job Description The WFS Group is a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that delivers “done‑for‑you sales” services to our clients. We help online, digital‑marketing companies and alternative education programs scale by selling their services and programs.

Competitive Comp Structure & Earning Potential Sales Director is a critical role with significant earning upside: base salary plus uncapped commission.

Position Overview The Sales Director leads and manages high‑ticket sales teams, overseeing pipeline management, call reviews, performance metrics, CRM data accuracy and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity on a daily basis.

Work closely with marketing on lead flow initiatives to ensure profitable ad spend.

Track and monitor sales reps’ pipelines, ensuring best lead‑management practices.

Run daily sales syncs and enforce adherence to SOPs.

Create and deliver sales training in the Sales Training Center (STC).

Review and analyze call recordings, generating call reviews for training.

Maintain projections and manage sales quotas.

Track and evaluate rep performance to make data‑driven decisions.

Study account offers and product knowledge (training center resident expert).

Communicate staffing needs based on capacity and performance.

Assist the CSO & recruiting team in interviewing and hiring new reps.

Onboard, train, and ramp new sales reps.

Identify sales enablement assets and process improvements.

Work with sales integrators on data, reporting, and CRM accuracy.

Take complete revenue ownership.

Qualifications

Experience managing sales teams in the high‑ticket alternative education space (required).

Extensive experience in lead‑generation‑based businesses.

Strong skills in both the qualitative (culture, training, development) and quantitative (data, metrics, KPIs) sides of sales.

Proven ability to deliver efficiency through tech stack and processes to minimize revenue leakage.

Knowledge of sales enablement and ability to ideate sales material.

Proficient with sales tech and spreadsheets.

Ability to lead and motivate high‑intensity sales teams.

Experience establishing feedback loops with marketing.

Data‑driven decision making and fast‑paced, energetic environment.

Job Type & Schedule Full‑time; Monday to Friday; Remote.

Compensation

Base salary: $120,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year.

Uncapped commission.

Bonus opportunities.
