What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team targeting Transit Bus & Rail customers

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with transit authorities and vehicle manufacturers

Collaborate across departments to align product solutions with market needs

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within transit, transportation, or technology sectors

Proven success in selling complex technology solutions, including video surveillance or telematics

Strong understanding of the Transit Bus & Rail market and public procurement processes

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with public transportation agencies and government contracts

Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based platforms, and integrated hardware/software solutions

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management
