Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Assistant General Manager

to join our team. If you are an energetic leader passionate about hospitality and team development, we want to hear from you! You will lead operations in the absence of the General Manager, assist with team leadership, and ensure our service standards are consistently exceeded. Primary Duties

Team Lead: Train and guide staff, discuss performance discrepancies, lead staff huddles, provide hands‑on support. Financial: Post checks in PMS, complete weekly labor tracker, manage payment reports, postpaid outs and receipts. Guest Relations: Keep the hotel "Guest Ready" by maintaining high cleanliness standards, address guest concerns, monitor feedback, sell amenities, ensure security. Housekeeping: Assign rooms for cleaning, aid GM in inspecting rooms. Other: Manage inventory, check property email, build vendor and guest relationships, foster teamwork. Sales & Marketing: Promote the property locally, build relationships with competitors and organizations, lead in-house guest sales to increase occupancy. Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping in rooms, daily laundry duties, public space needs; cover employee shifts as needed. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures, ensure security needs are met. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in hotel leadership (front desk & back‑of‑house operations). Proficient computer skills. Strong team‑building skills. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities. Effective oral & written communication skills. Proactive problem‑solving mindset. Physical Requirements

Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs. Benefits
