Base pay range
$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Walmart logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, consult with others when needed, determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve issues.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, modeling Walmart policies, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotions, and coaching.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience supervising associates.
Logistics Manager experience.
Bachelor’s in Business.
Bachelor’s in Logistics.
