Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Supervise and lead construction teams and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Manage contract negotiations and enforce contract terms with subcontractors. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management. Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
