Sr. Superintendent
CyberCoders is hiring a Senior Superintendent to oversee daily operations of construction projects within healthcare facilities, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Position Overview The Sr. Superintendent will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver projects that meet the needs of hospitals and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to establish project timelines and budgets.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met on‑site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for construction activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare or hospital projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations related to healthcare facilities.
