A successful healthcare company in San Clemente is seeking a
Senior Accountant
on a
temp-to-hire
basis to support month-end close, reporting, and general ledger functions.
Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close
Assist with financial statements and reporting
Maintain prepaids, fixed assets, and key GL schedules
Perform variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting
Partner with internal teams and assist with audits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5–7 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
