14 Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)
to strengthen market coverage and accelerate growth across the U.S.
About The Role As a
Territory Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving Everflow’s continued growth. You’ll own your region, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies that expand market share and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development
Execute territory sales plans aligned with corporate growth goals
Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct and specification‑based selling
Deliver engaging product presentations and technical training sessions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing documentation to support sales activities
Represent Everflow at trade shows, buying groups, and industry events
Partner with internal operations and marketing teams to deliver outstanding service
Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations to reinforce value
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in industrial, mechanical, or electrical industries ( plumbing preferred )
Proven track record of territory growth and new business development
Strong relationship builder with consultative selling experience
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote capacity
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred in select markets
Competitive base salary + performance‑based commission
