About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute marketing‑driven lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B and enterprise marketing, excels in digital marketing strategy, and is comfortable driving cross‑functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
You will manage campaign development from concept through execution, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute omni‑channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and new opportunities
Create data‑driven marketing strategies that ensure a consistent month‑over‑month pipeline
Partner closely with content, events, paid media, and web teams to launch and optimize initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and maintain a paid media sponsorship calendar to expand lead generation efforts
Oversee budgets, track campaign performance, and report on ROI
Support planning and execution of in‑person events aimed at customer acquisition
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation
Demonstrated success executing full lifecycle marketing campaigns
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Clay is a plus
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to interpret data and make strategic, results‑driven decisions
