Our client is seeking to add a Demand Generation Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B / enterprise marketing, digital marketing, experience building end-to-end campaigns, and working cross-functionally with sales teams.
Core Responsibilities
Execute on omni-channel demand generation campaigns from start to finish to drive leads and opportunities
Build cogent data-driven marketing strategies and plans to ensure a consistent volume of opportunities month-over-month
Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in content, events, paid media, web to support new initiatives or optimize existing efforts
Manage relationships with vendors and own a paid media sponsorship calendar to grow lead generation initiatives in this channel
Manage budget and track results to ensure ROI for our initiatives
Help organize and execute on in-person events that drive new customer acquisition
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation
Proven track record of executing campaigns end-to-end
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Clay is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to analyze data and make decisions based on results
Hiring Manager Notes
Hybrid schedule — 3 days in office
Must be local to Draper
6-month contract with possibility of extension
Potential travel up to 15%
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Clay is a plus
