Opportunity We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Advisory/Fund Formation practice of a top big law firm as a 2nd - 4th year associate in New York. This role offers the chance to work closely with private equity sponsors and investors, focusing on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience navigating the legal, regulatory, and compliance challenges faced by fund sponsors.

Required Experience
2 to 4 years of fund formation experience at a peer Am law 100 firm.
Delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with high-priority clients and investors.
