Role Overview This role places you at the centre of complex private equity fund formation work for leading sponsors. The team advises on fund structuring, formation, and capital raising across a range of strategies, offering direct involvement in sophisticated matters throughout the full funds cycle.
Responsibilities
Support private equity fund formation and structuring work with accuracy and sound judgement.
Advisory on fund structuring, formation, and capital raising across a range of strategies.
Engage in full funds cycle activities and complex private equity matters.
Qualifications
Clear experience in private equity funds and the capability to support formation and structuring work with accuracy and sound judgement.
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm training.
Admission in New York, or eligibility to transfer, is essential.
Experience in advanced fund formation and long‑term development in a respected New York practice.
