Advised a major venture firm on closing approximately $1.35 billion in new capital commitments across multiple vehicles.
Supported a top‑tier venture sponsor in raising a $4.6 billion growth fund in 2025.
Works with a wide range of clients, including first‑time managers, emerging sponsors and leading global investors, across technology, life sciences, healthcare and innovation‑driven markets.

Qualifications
Two to six years of private funds experience, ideally including work on venture capital, growth equity, private equity or hybrid fund structures.
Strong drafting, communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage complex workstreams, including structuring, regulatory analysis and investor negotiations.
A Juris Doctor degree and active United States bar admission.
