We are seeking an
Outside Sales Territory Manager
to cover
Central & Eastern NY / Hudson Valley .
Major Cities:
Albany, Utica, Poughkeepsie.
Ideal Area of Residence:
Albany or Poughkeepsie.
Responsibilities
Work independently and manage your own territory as a business
Handle current customer accounts, grow sales, and expand your overall accounts
Identify top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability
Use strong follow‑up skills to help us become the company of choice for our customers
Note: Because the territory is in and around the Greater Hudson Valley Area, familiarity with this geography will give you an advantage.
Requirements
Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Role Characteristics
Strong follow‑up skills
Highly organized and able to multitask
Ability to effectively work from home
Professional, polished appearance
A strong desire to succeed and grow financially

Compensation Structure:
$65,000 to $75,000 base range plus quarterly commission bonus program. $100,000+ (gross/pretax) is realistic in the first year for a high‑performing rep. Includes $600/month automotive allowance and $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement with a mobile device app.
