Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients Prepare and make decisions for major proposals and contracts Conduct engineering analysis and provide geotechnical solutions using industry methodologies Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management Lead and mentor technical staff while ensuring compliance with safety policies and practices What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical documents How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
