What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support
Prepare major proposals and contracts, along with engineering reports offering geotechnical solutions
Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects
Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentations
Lead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and project budgets effectively

Reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally
Experience in developing new business and managing client relationships
Creative and innovative thinking skills to resolve complex problems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
