Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and estimating.
Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
Experience in bidding and managing construction projects.
Knowledge of healthcare, higher‑education, K‑12, and commercial construction projects.
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in construction estimating software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
