The Collier Companies is seeking a Director of Technology and Innovation to join our team! This on‑site role reports to the Home Office in Gainesville, FL.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Conduct in‑depth analysis to assess the performance and impact of current and potential technology solutions.
Provide high‑level, actionable recommendations to improve business processes and technology adoption.
Oversee planning and execution of technology implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Foster a culture of innovation across the organization and support the development of new ideas.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management to align technology strategies with business objectives.
Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with new technologies.
Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Your Skills – What We’re Looking For
Exceptional analytical expertise and the ability to draw meaningful insights.
Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their business applications.
Strategic problem‑solving skills for identifying and solving complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven experience leading and managing technology projects from inception to completion.
Creativity and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
Base Requirements
Experience with AI technology is a must.
Preferred to hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technology analysis, IT support, or a related role, with a significant portion in the multi‑family housing industry.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and familiarity with project management software (Jira, Trello).
