Director of Human Resources
Our client is seeking an experienced
Director of Human Resources
to lead all HR functions across a growing, geographically dispersed organization. This leader will champion a family‑oriented culture, strengthen team cohesion, and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team. The Director will oversee the full HR lifecycle—including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, and leadership development—while ensuring HR operations support long‑term growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Champion company culture and ensure a consistent employee experience across all locations.
Lead workforce planning, recruiting strategies, and talent development initiatives.
Oversee compensation, benefits, leave administration, and policy development.
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws; mitigate risk through training and sound HR practices.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, labor costs) to support informed decision‑making.
Develop, mentor, and lead the HR team.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business required; Master’s preferred.
SPHR/SHRM‑SCP strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in a senior role.
Experience supporting a multi‑state, field‑based workforce.
Strong skills in compliance, employment law, employee relations, and HR strategy.
Proficiency with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors and ADP experience preferred.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
