Job Summary The Aftermarket Solutions Product Manager combines strategic vision with tactical execution to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include developing an all‑make aftermarket parts product portfolio, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and integrated plans for product introduction, and developing marketing strategies. The role also leads the product development process.

Work Mode & Location Hybrid (2‑4 days onsite). Location: 200 Twin Oaks Road, Kohler, WI 53044. 20% travel within the US and globally. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Manages product development of all‑make aftermarket parts to support Rehlko Industrial and Marine service organizations.

Uses data analysis to develop global strategic goals.

Directs implementation of the global product line strategic plan to maximize profitability and investments.

Determines customers’ needs and specifies research required to obtain market information.

Assesses market competition by comparing company products to competitors’ products.

Drives the highest value products into market at maximum profit and sales.

Prepares and coaches parts and service organizations on product application information, initiatives, and profitability equations.

Serves as a resource and partner with Sales during long‑term contract negotiations.

Recommends the nature and scope of all‑make product categories by reviewing specifications, requirements, and new product ideas.

Provides source data for product line communications by defining marketing communication objectives.

Obtains product market share by working with channel managers and strategic marketing to develop product sales strategies.

Conducts market studies, including VOC, to understand new/adjacent market opportunities and assess viability.

Brings new products to market.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Ability to travel up to 20% within the US and globally.

Experience in product management, market research, and product development.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

Excellent communication and coaching skills.
