Why You Will Love This Job The Project Manager of Data Centers is responsible for the end‑to‑end project management and execution of assigned data center orders from the time of order receipt through manufacturing, shipment, and customer handoff. This role will lead internal coordination, customer communication, schedule, scope, and change control to ensure delivery that meets contractual requirements, achieves customer expectations, and protects Rehlko’s operational and financial performance. The Project Manager of Data Centers will serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for all project execution matters after order receipt, driving accountability across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and other functional areas to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
Location & Travel Hybrid – 200 Twin Oaks Road, Kohler, WI. 10% travel throughout North America.

Responsibilities
Own the full execution lifecycle of assigned data center orders beginning at order receipt, ensuring adherence to defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations through shipment.
Serve as the central point of contact for the customer and all internal stakeholders for project execution, establishing and maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project.
Develop, maintain, and communicate the master project schedule in alignment with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other functions; ensure completion of milestones and deliverables to plan.
Lead recurring internal project meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, assign actions, and drive cross‑functional accountability to maintain schedule and resolve issues.
Facilitate customer update meetings per agreed cadence, providing clear, concise, and transparent project status, risk visibility, and action plans.
Coordinate development, review, and approval of submittal packages, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
Manage change control for assigned orders, ensuring all scope, cost, and schedule impacts are documented, communicated, and approved prior to execution.
Maintain project dashboards, reports, and performance metrics, providing management visibility to schedule.
