What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate financial records
Handle high-volume emails and calls, responding to vendors and internal teams
Maintain W-9 forms and perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements
Act as a liaison between the accounts payable team and operations
Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows operating systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in accrual accounting
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skills in creating and editing written materials
Demonstrated cooperative behavior with colleagues and clients
