What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee all Accounts Payable operations, including vendor management and payment processing
Manage annual 1099 filings and ensure accuracy in expense reporting
Reconcile client passthrough spend in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team
Supervise and mentor junior accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment
Develop and enhance AP policies and procedures to streamline processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 6 years of General Ledger accounting experience
At least 3 years of people‑management experience
Proficiency in NetSuite, Expensify, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Strong understanding of GAAP and current accounting standards
