Assist in managing and supporting design and construction functions for veterinary projects Monitor expenses and budgets for individual hospital openings Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and hospital staff Manage the ordering process and ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies Communicate and resolve any installation and inventory issues with practice managers What is Required (Qualifications)

Previous high-level administrative support and project coordination experience Experience managing multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with diverse groups Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work at a computer for extended periods How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
