Join us as an Entry‑Level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, designing and optimizing control systems for a variety of processes.
Base Pay Range $58,656.00 / yr – $80,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, provide onsite assistance during startup, coordinate work activities, develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, document and model design information, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Working knowledge of Revit software (preferred)
Engineer in Training (EIT) status (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and innovative
Ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base
Team collaboration skills across multi‑disciplinary teams
Passion for buildings and construction
Prior experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems
Experience with data center design or operations (preferred)
