Base pay range: $58,656.00 – $80,000.00 per year.

We look for an Entry‑Level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, providing on‑site assistance during startup and coordinating work activities with other staff and the discipline lead.
Responsibilities include designing and optimizing control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete world‑class solutions for new facilities. You’ll develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, document and model design information, and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
Ideal qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
Working knowledge of Revit software preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
Aptitude for rapid learning and a drive to broaden knowledge base
Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams
Passion for buildings and construction
Prior experience with DDC and PLC based control systems
Experience with Data Center design or operations
