Base pay range $58,656.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks. You’ll provide on‑site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead, and help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes. Working closely with architects, engineers, and designers, you will develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, document and model design information, and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Engineering Tech degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering (ideal)
Working knowledge of Revit software preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT) status
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams
Passion for buildings and construction
Prior experience with DDC and PLC based control systems
Experience with Data Center design or operations
