– Downtown Chicago Office – Beacon Hill
Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr
Overview Beacon Hill is a nationally recognized professional services firm seeking an experienced Hospitality & Events Manager to lead client experience, event planning, and hospitality operations in its downtown Chicago office. This high‑visibility client‑facing role creates a first‑class environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute firm events, meetings, and client gatherings—both onsite and off‑site.
Oversee daily hospitality operations, including catering, conference room management, and reception.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless event logistics and service delivery.
Manage hospitality staff, fostering a high‑performing, service‑focused team culture.
Maintain budgets, coordinate with facilities and IT, and continually enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hospitality management or corporate event planning within a professional services firm.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexible schedule for early morning or evening events.
Bachelor’s degree required.
