$65,000 + Benefits. Responsibilities

Adopts and demonstrates at all times Parkland USA’s philosophies and standards regarding store operations, image, and personnel management. Provides prompt and courteous service to all customers; resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Implements various programs, policies and promotions in support of organizational objectives. Recruits, hires and trains store employees; posts internal job openings as needed; interviews for positions in accordance with standard, legal practices. Develops, implements and enforces daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked and organized. Completes daily paperwork and computer entry by COB (10 am); understands all information in the daily reporting; monitors cash over/short, inventory shrinkage and gas‑pump drive‑offs daily; tracks and reports data to corporate office daily; prepares shift‑change report at the completion of shifts in accordance with Parkland USA’s policies and procedures. Exhibits self‑direction and motivation. Demonstrates safe work and risk management practices. Meets all performance expectations and completes all duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year previous managerial experience in a convenience store, restaurant or retail environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and be available to respond to incidents and emergencies. Ability to work unsupervised in a fast‑paced environment. Must have reliable transportation. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and team‑building skills. Proficient PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar). Excellent customer service skills. Previous cash‑handling and customer service experience is an asset. Background Check
