Senior Accountant
who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail‑oriented, and is excited to play a key role in joining a high‑performing accounting function.
Base pay range $95,000.00/yr – $105,000.00/yr
Reports To:
Controller and Senior Accounting Manager
Type:
Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
Own the month‑end and year‑end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FP&A, Operations, People, Legal) to ensure accurate expense reporting and coding
Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation and assisting with audit requests
Help drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting system enhancements (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP)
Assist with tax filings, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings as needed
Contribute to the development of accounting policies, controls, and scalable processes for a growing company
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or CPA track preferred
4–7 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or in‑house corporate accounting experience highly valued)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting best practices
Tech‑savvy mindset with experience in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first attitude
Bonus Points For
Experience in a high‑growth tech or manufacturing environment
Prior exposure to large‑scale month‑end close, General Ledger oversight and/or multi‑entity consolidations
