Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing setting. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship development. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
Bonus Qualifications Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Plex. Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a relevant supply chain discipline (e.g., CSCP, CPIM). Proven experience in international sourcing, logistics, and import/export compliance. Track record of implementing sustainability initiatives or ethical sourcing practices.
