Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, components, and supply chain dynamics. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software. Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supply chain efficiency. Bonus Qualifications
