Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Responsibilities
Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for mechanical construction projects.
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Utilize project management software and tools like AGTEK, Bluebeam, HCSS, or HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
Guide and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience working with water/wastewater treatment plants.
3+ years professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with construction practices related to earthwork, grading, trenching, water main, sewer main, and large diameter piping.
Proficient in project management software tools such as AGTEK, Bluebeam, HCSS, or HeavyBid.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
