About the Role
The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation drives successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. The role focuses on leading a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront and aligning tool strategy with business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes to enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront Implementation program, managing consultants, stakeholders, scope, timelines, and budget, and provide regular updates to management. Oversee initiatives to improve workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc. Develop a Workfront support structure for stakeholder inquiries and requests. Serve as first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and risks. Manage a Technology Implementation team, prioritize tasks, and provide support and guidance. Review and finalize user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality. Coordinate rollout communications and training materials for tool deployments. Maintain enterprise tools and knowledge bases, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Collaborate with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to incorporate business needs into priorities. Act as department lead when the Director is unavailable, attending meetings and managing team members. Provide direct line management, set performance objectives, and coach the team. Create KPIs and dashboards using data to increase visibility into Technology department performance.
Qualifications
Experience with a Workfront implementation is required. 5+ years managing teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating to executive teams. Ability to deliver autonomously within timelines, including scoping and scheduling. Proven leadership experience in building, leading, and motivating teams. Expertise in resource optimization and reporting. Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools for workflow efficiencies. Ability to work cross‑culturally across locations and partners. Experience partnering with vendors, regulators, and third parties. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. Experience working with global stakeholders. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology is preferred. Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or a similar industry is preferred. PMP certification is desired.
Salary
The annual salary range is $136K to $181K, with additional performance‑based bonus potential. Pay may vary by geography, skill set, experience, and other qualifications.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM must comply with state gaming regulations. Applicable employees must hold at least one jurisdictional license (or more as required). Licensure and background checks are part of the hiring process. Compliance with responsible gambling policies is mandatory.
