About the Role
We offer Territory Sales Managers a range of resources and support to grow their agency and achieve sales goals: monthly lead allowance, agency office space, custom CRM, drip marketing campaigns, fast start bonus, quoting software, free webpage, trips and incentives, and a dedicated support team. Compensation
Base Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year. Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission. Responsibilities
Recruit agents and other sales leaders. Educate and train individuals on the value of our products and services, utilizing our CRM, online prospecting systems, and approved prospecting, presentation, and closing techniques. Ensure support with necessary certifications and product supply ordering as needed to facilitate sales. Attend management training and meetings, complete industry‑related education courses as required, and maintain necessary licenses. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct product presentations showcasing features and benefits to potential customers. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales. Qualifications
Senior market product experience is required. Expertise preferred in all lines of Senior Market products including Medicare Supplement, Med Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, Annuity, Final Expense, and Long‑Term Care. Experience building a captive agency is preferred. Licensed as a Health and Life insurance agent to sell insurance in the state(s) within assigned territory. Strong focus on customer service and relationship building is essential. Proficiency in using Sales CRM software. Position Details
