$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus and commission.

Responsibilities
Recruit agents and other sales leaders.
Educate and train these individuals on the value of our products and services, and on the use of our CRM, online prospecting systems, and approved prospecting, presentation and closing techniques.
Ensure support with necessary certifications and product supply ordering to facilitate sales.
Attend management training and meetings as needed, complete industry‑related education courses, and maintain necessary licenses.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales.
Qualifications
Senior market product experience is required.
Expertise preferred in all lines of Senior Market products including Medicare Supplement, Med Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, Annuity, Final Expense and Long‑Term Care.
Experience building a captive agency is preferred.
Licensed as a Health and Life insurance agent in the state(s) within the assigned territory.
A strong focus on customer service and relationship building is essential.
Proficiency in using Sales CRM software.
