Position Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $155,000.00 – $165,000.00 annually
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations throughout the 18‑bed department.
Report to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) and manage approximately 23+ full‑time equivalents.
Oversee current initiatives including workflow, throughput, and quality expectations.
Strengthen teamwork and morale within the emergency department while managing operations.
Adapt quickly to changing needs with strong organizational and communication skills.
Be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Active Arizona and/or compact RN license (required).
Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $155,000 – $165,000 annually.
Rate determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits.
Listed base compensation is a good faith estimate and may be subject to future adjustments.
