Overview A Kentucky healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Chief Nursing Officer-LTAC.
Responsibilities
Oversee high-level operations across two facilities.
Manage approximately 50+ total FTEs with a focus on coaching/development, compliance/reporting, action planning, and growth objectives.
Ensure departments are appropriately staffed by ratio and work with senior leadership to meet patient care standards.
Serve as a strong, visible, compassionate leader with a solid operational nursing background.
Apply change management skills and build relationships with clinical staff and leadership to drive accountability, action plans, and results.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Qualifications
MSN required.
Active KY and/or compact RN license required.
Prior CNO leadership experience in LTAC required.
Compensation Details
Annual range: $220,000 to $230,000.
Final rate based on experience, education, training, location, and internal equity, aligned with Fair Market Value. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.
Base range is a good‑faith estimate subject to adjustment.
